WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course involves the skills to care and treat the feet enabling you to give a professional pedicure. This qualification is excellent for those wishing to begin a career in beauty therapy or as an added treatment in hair salons. The products used are designed to perform a luxury spa pedicure.
COURSE CONTENT
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
No previous knowledge required, but a good general education is essential as this is a demanding course. An excellent level of English is required. You must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently. You may be asked to sit an entry test if necessary. Entry is via initial interview.
DURATION
This is a 1 day course, after which you will need to complete 10 case studies. Then you will invited back within 6 weeks to complete your three assessments and two multiple choice tests
.A deposit of £80.00 is required upon enrolment and the balance can be paid on the day.

VTCT Level 2 Certificate in Nail Treatments (QCF) This can only be achieved in conjunction with the manicure course. |

QUALIFICATIONS AWARDED
The Academy of Beauty Therapy offers industry-recognised qualifications and at the completion of your course and providing that you provided sufficient evidence your will be awarded the following qualifications:
NVQ unit award in Pedicures - Awarded by VTCT Examination Board
Certificate in Pedicures - Awarded by The Academy of Beauty Therapy
Level 2 Certificate in Nail Treatments - Awarded by VTCT Examination Board
Both of which will enable you to obtain insurance from any recognised Insurance Company.
KIT REQUIRED
Uniform - Tunic, Black Trousers, Closed shoes.
