WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

This course meets industrial demand for "Brazilian" and "Hollywood" waxing plus you will learn a unique massage treatment to the legs immediately following hair removal.

You will use an excellent range of waxes which provide you with safe and "client friendly" hair removal systems. The available waxes can be re-applied to skin to make sure that stubborn hair is removed even on sensitive areas. You will be able to adapt your techniques to remove unwanted hair from all body areas. You will also work with products that can soothe irritated skin and slow down hair growth. The ultimate aim is to make waxing a less painful experience. These all provide an excellent retail opportunity.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Waxing level 2 and a good general education is essential as this is a demanding course. An excellent level of English is required. You must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently. You may be asked to sit an entry test if necessary. Entry is via initial interview.

DURATION
This is a  1/2  day course, after which you will need to complete 10 case studies. Then you will invited back within 4 weeks to complete your assessment

.A deposit of £80.00 is required upon enrolment to secure your place

 ½ day 9.30 am – 2.30 pm

QUALIFICATIONS AWARDED

The Academy of Beauty Therapy offers industry-recognised qualifications and at the completion of your course and providing that you provided sufficient evidence your will be awarded the following qualifications:

 

Certificate in Female Intimate Waxing - Awarded by The Academy of Beauty Therapy

 

All of which will enable you to obtain insurance from any recognised Insurance Company.
